For an unrevealed cell, its safe probability P is the fraction of these remaining legal layouts where that cell is safe. A safe reveal divides CURRENT gross credit by P; it does not repeatedly divide the initial amount. P can vary by location and history rather than using a generic remaining-safe-cell fraction. P equal to one leaves credit unchanged, and P equal to zero is disabled.
Collection and the Individual Choice Guard
Collection requires at least one safe reveal. A particular uncertain choice whose next safe credit would exceed 1000 times captured stake is disabled, while equality at 1000 is allowed. This does not disable all cells or make the cap a target. Automatic banking occurs when no eligible uncertain choice remains. The exact unrounded expected gross credit is 97% for permitted stopping policies, not a guaranteed session outcome. One captured stake is debited once; the hidden layout remains fixed.
